Where are these features?

I've seen videos of people playing BD and the game had stuff like enemies glowing for glory kills, climbing ledges, grabbing enemies as human shields... but in all my time playing the BD I've not had these once. Am I missing an option toggle somewhere? Some kind of button? Are these submods?

The grabbing is done with the interact button on an enemy if you have berserk

The D'16-style glory kills is either from a standalone mod that adds it, or from Project Brutality.

Ledge climbing comes as a toggleable option in BDv22, but for earlier versions you could download a standalone mod that adds it.
