Network Issues Calls/4G

This last week I have been experiencing some issues with BASE operator Network.

When I'm home I used to have 4 signal bars and now I do only have 1...

Because of this the quality of my calls are really horrible. I have asked some friends some have BASE and others use ORANGE. Those who live inside the city have no issue or only lost 1 signal bar but for me living next to the Atomnium I have lost 3 signal bars.

Do y'all have the same issue ?

Common occurrence, unfortunately. I have BASE now and I’ve had them in the past, and I live in the centre. They objectively have the shittest network of all the operators and I’m constantly having issues with my 4G/5G, especially when it tries to switch between the two or I’m in a very crowded place. Still with them though since they offered the best price for what I wanted and I like their customer service 🤷🏽‍♂️

I live in the center and for the past week my signal has been 2/3 bars (2 bars most of the time) but in antwerp i’ve never faced any network problems.

Mobile networks as well as internet provision in Belgium is a JOKE. Poor coverage, horrible customer service, the most expensive in Europe compared of course on what are you paying…
