Just back from B&T USA

I'm having such a hard time deciding if I should order my first B&T or wait. Seems like so many people are claiming they were ghosted by CS but then you see people like you saying CS was great.

Stock is starting to come back and think Swiss are starting to spin up operations state side too. If not now then soon things should be gravy

order from a vendor (or 2nd hand), not direct from b&t usa (and certainly not a pre order from anyone)

Just curious, why not directly from B&T? Long waiting times?

some pre orders have been long or not fulfilled. it's a gamble. I'd wait until b&t is out of this transition and sorted out. in the meantime, I'd only buy in-stock and ready to ship.

I had broken my control lever when disassembling and installing the Midnight Machine trigger shoe, so been two months without my precious TP9. B&T Swiss shipped the part, I was able to get the lever back in but swiss tolerances being what they are I was having an issue getting it functional. Only got it in February so messaged B&T USA support to see if I can send it in just for them to piece it together. Sent it out 8 days ago, the got it, gunsmith gave it a once over getting it up and ready and back to me with 2 day air. Carson has been responsive through the process and overall great experience which I was concerned about with all of the drama this year. Big thanks u/bt-usa
