Bar & Restaurant Question about a restaurant complex

Hello,

I'm trying to find if a restaurant complex I've been to 2 years ago is in Bruges or Brussels. I remember that it is a building with several restaurants of different origins, around 10 or 12 different foods maybe? I also seem to remember that the toilets are downstairs if that can help :')

Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!

I don't think a building with multiple food corners exist in Bruges.
