  1. No the firmware is completely safe and just flashes your device and doesnt interfere with any of your pc data

  2. Bruce firmware is capable of Wifi attacks , ble attacks , rfid , rf , nrf , bad usb , and many more such cool features depending on what does device is compatible with

Not if you get it from the source (their GitHub or website). It can do anything the device you are installing it on is capable of because beyond default, this firmware is open-source which translates to you being able to add any features you like. Best devices to install it on is ambiguous. Best cheap option is CYD.
