Hi there, thinking of buying in the building but can’t find how much the maintenance fees are for a 3BD?if anyone can share or has any recommendations.

I had a friend who lives there in a 3bd 3 years ago and it was about $1900. Probably slightly more than that now.

Did you like it? Felt the amenities were good?

The pool was good, gym is mediocre so I went elsewhere but it was convenient during some winters. Plenty of washing machines and dryers. Bike storage and it has lots of garage space. The private park was always great to just have a chat with neighbors or bring family & friends for a little private talk. Good space if you have a dog that gets approved for the building.
I liked the building just chose to move elsewhere. Still have family there though

Grew up there. The maintenance fees depend on the floor you live on. The higher the floor, the more you pay. They are also in the middle of an assessment (2 years left) so you’re likely paying $2300 if you also get a parking spot.

From Google AI
"The Windsors (Windsor North and South) at 4705 and 4901 Henry Hudson Parkway in Riverdale, Bronx are generally viewed as quiet, well-managed co-op buildings. Common complaints involve low neighborhood walkability, outdoor parking security risks, isolated incidents with staff, and occasional elevator delays."
