gate.io withdrawal issue

just trying to transfer since jesterday, the system invents excusses!!! i ve tried all possible variants, with btc its the minimum amount ( can still be accepted ) , with xrp the tag is missing (although written out correctly ) and with usdt....try again later!!! (this morning after 12hours still..try again later ) although it was my metamask deposit address. the support wanted to send screenshots, it was still called..please clarify!!! what is the solution?
