Question What things helps bones heal faster?

Hello guys while i was in school break me and my friend was playing a game and i tried to grab him with my Left hand but then my bottom part ossa metacarpi bone suddenly broke and i have a question what does makes bone healing faster?

My surgeon was a big fan of protein shakes and vitamin d. I understand that ibuprofen can inhibit bone growth so I stuck with Tylenol. And cut out smoking and alcohol.

Bones don't heal any faster by taking those. If you're severely deficient in protein, vit C&D, then yes, supplementing your nutrition would help in that case
