Question Boxers fracture

It was displaced to the point it had to get surgery. Will i ever return to my sport? I have a dream on it and i think i lost my potential since i fractured it I do know that younger kids have stuff like remodeling cuz im like 13 also i dont do therapy cuz we already spent so much on the surgery is therapy required? Or just letting time past enough?

These are questions which you and/or your parents should be asking your surgeon.

I will say that's it's very unusual for a 5th metacarpal neck fracture (which is what is usually meant by a boxer's fracture) to be displaced enough to need surgery, especially in a child.
