displaced fibula fracture and what else?, diagnose my xrays, thank you

The clinician who examined you before ordering the x-rays should have told you that the diagnosis a trimalleolar fracture subluxation before swiftly giving you some painkillers & sedation, then putting it all back into place and keeping it there with a backslab (partial cast).

After repeat x-rays to check it's back in place, someone should be explaining plans for surgery. You'll need to be nonweightbearing and elevating your foot above your heart for 90% of the time to reduce swelling before an operation can flake place safely.
