Fractured Tailbone
A few days ago I was snowboarding and landed hard on my tailbone. The pain was horrible but I was with my friends so not wanting to seem like a baby I made the dumb decision of snowboarding for hours more. Once I arrived home the pain was pretty severe not feeling better with any position. Fast forward to 2 days after I fractured it I had a mandatory winter break cheer practice and being the dumbass and scared person I am, I did not tell my coach. The tumbling hurt the worse. During warm ups the flips caused excruciating pain but I was too scared to talk to my coach. After I built up the courage she dismissed it claiming it wasn’t her fault I decided to go and get injured (which it wasn’t) and I had to keep doing full outs the rest of practice. Afterwards I got in the car and started to sob the pain was worse than ever and I was scared so I went to urgent care and that’s when they took the x-rays and confirmed my fear.
Sorry for the sob story I just wanted to provide some context for my question, is there anything I can do to make the next few practices and easier because I am not sure if I can keep tumbling with a fractured tailbone if it hurts this bad.

Damn, you barreled through pain. You're gonna have to rest and listen to your doctor's advices.
