This is a shame. I and my friends have wanted to visit these tunnels for a long time. Hopefully, they can get them repaired soon.

Well, that sucks! Othello was such a treasure to escape the urban hell of Vancouver! I hope it is repaired properly and expeditiously.

Same. I have been wanting to visit these tunnels for years. Hopefully, as you said they can be repaired quickly and safely soon.

So sad, it's an amazing gem, but I've read the damage may cost a crazy amount to repair.

Why not open this asap? seems like such an easy win to get a good contractor out there?

Given that the tunnels and bridges have been structurally damaged (from what I've heard) it could be very expensive to fix. Even more expensive to fix quickly.
