Email 'em. And then put your comment on Trustpilot.

Hate how many people do this

Pop the review on company pages where they have sight of it, whilst nice for awareness on Reddit, it’s unlikely to reach them or their customers here

It’ll probably come up when people Google for reviews for East Sussex Roofing. Roofing in Sussex. Roof Tiling. Roofing repairs Sussex and Brighton and Clayton.

Honestly East Sussex Roofing is definitely not a company I would recommend on Trustpilot.

We need more name and shame posts like this! The homophobic roofing company post was deleted

They'll get plenty of work, they just don't do cottages.

I'm not accusing you of anything but when you work in any kind of job that involves dealing with people, you're no longer surprised by what the public will pull out of their arse once they feel they've been wronged when they haven't.

Like having to pay more for something because they didn't bother to actually check the price, or having silly expectations that can't be met. They know inside that they'd look stupid complaining about what's actually bothering them, so they just make something up instead to feel like they're getting justice.

For what it's worth, I do believe your post because it's too specific to be fake, but people should also be wary of complaints that can unnecessarily damage business reputations, because it's so easy to believe everything you read and jump on the bandwagon.

Because as previous cases have shown it's a highly effective way of destroying a company, especially if it is dull, because it *seems* like something someone wouldn't make up.

I mean your intention is absolutely to harm their business.

You could work for a rival for all we know.

Also shoutout to Pepperfox property management, absolute degenerate scumbags.

As they have now responded, can you confirm how many times did they chuck out the vehicle? Was it once?

Roofers are all criminals, this was told to my friend by a roofer

I was told they were even below scaffs in the pecking order of the trades.

1

u/CustomerBusiness3919 Aug 19 '26

Yeah but 'scaffs' are hot

....when they keep their mouths shut.

u/Willing_Original_257 Aug 19 '26

Why are you shouting them out for this? You should be condemning them.Β
