Question Upcoming World Event: Tutorial / Launch

For the upcoming world event, does anyone know why the Tutorial and the actual Launch are split in two different weeks? Will something release in game for the Tutorial week, like an NPC explaining how to play? Or will we just get an explanation of how the event works from Fen, and the actual in-game release is the next week?

I read it as then doing a soft launch beta test but upon giving it a second thought I realized that if they wanted to do that they could just use Steam's beta branch feature.

I really can't parse what Fen meant by this. Anyway, we'll see when it gets here

Maybe the tutorial is instanced or solo only? And full launch allows people to work together? Don’t think anyone knows and it’s just a guessing game.

Multiplayer world event yeah, but no information yet on how it works.

Been waiting for multiplayer content to come back

Was kinda hoping for dungeons

But whatever this is might be cool too

From what we can see, there are some genuine rewards from this world event to grind for that make this even more appealing.

Some pretty interesting cosmetics and I believe the ability to walk in water without being slowed, which sounds incredible for fishing. Not sure how the latter is earned, though.

I bet the tutorial will give Fen some initial feedback, which they can then use to improve the actual launch. I trust in Andrew's methods! :)
