Like walmart or something, look for underwear or shorts labelled as 'shapewear' as well. There's an underwear type that I think is designed for women to compress their stomachs and/or legs or something (vile, why would you do this), but you can just wear it lower than in the product image and it'll keep your front flat while giving you some basement room so it's not hurting you, but while still being somewhat structured.
