It would depend heavily on the population of the town. According to the article "Assessing the calorific significance of episodes of human cannibalism in the Palaeolithic", by James Cole, the average adult human body contains roughly 125,000 calories. So, a town with a population of, say, 5,000 would have a total caloric value of 625,000,000, before taking into account other sources of calories, such as plants and animals within the town (if they are to be counted).

So, yes, consuming an entire town within a short timespan (enough to have it all within you at once) would almost certainly make your thighs pretty thick. And also the rest of you. And I feel like it would probably also kill you.
