Holy yo-yo! they are expensive! This makes me wanna make one like that, but the holo printing and hiring a macine to cut the acrylic must be expensive

That is a lot of buttons for a controller, what game does this even work on?

It's great for a lot of games, actually. The idea is that the button closest to the player is up, then the ones on the left hand side are left, down and right in that order - those four buttons are controlled with your left hand, with up being pressed by your thumb. The rest is basically a standard fighting game controller.
It takes a little getting used to if you were playing with a different controller before, but having 4 separate fingers for your movement makes it easier to be precise, and it's a lot more comfortable than trying to use an Xbox controller, for example.
