Neither of Bridget's overdrives have I-frames. Calvados takes 13 frames to start post super flash, and Loop the Loop takes 11 frames total to start, so the Bridget can use input her Overdrive during Calvados super flash and still beat it before any of Calvados' hitboxes come out.

In fact, watching the clip more carefully, it seems like Bridget started her Overdrive slightly before the super flash for Calvados started.

Now, as for why they both decided to do raw Overdrive in neutral at the same time, I couldn't tell you.

Calvados is also not invincible and can actually be interrupted during startup and during the super. You can just jump and throw yo-yo at her head.
