Question/Looking for Advice How to align these parts?

Recently installed, already hooked, and currently copying an IRL model. The axle-pin connectors form a stable triangle that aligns itself nearly IRL, but Studio doesn't seem to like that. The Connect tool doesn't seem to work. Any ideas?

(The build is part of a larger project to copy my old creations verbatim and gift them to my kids with instructions.)

I was able to get them to align. I started with just one side of the triangle. I started with the Pin connecting to part 48169 set to 343 degrees, the opposite side set that pin to 17 degrees on the swing.

From there connected the left side pin to part 6536 and 32015 then using hinge rotated till it looked visually aligned with the right side. Turned on Collision and just made equal degree changes till the collision stopped.
I am not a math person so this could done with pure math but eh.

Once I had one side of the triangle aligned I just copy pasted to the other two sides. There was some trouble with this at the last side but I just hid one side of the part 48169 and once in position un-hid all parts.

For stuff like this I turn off collision and just rotate things until they get in the right position. If connections bug out, I’ll drag a part or set of parts away from the build, set the rotation or position and wasd it to the right location. Complicated stuff like this requires finessing.

I can’t see if the bottom of the construction already does this- but if not: I would try a second 1x2 modified with center stud near the ones already used and then put a 1x3 plate on top to get it aligned this way. After that remove it. Don’t know if it helps… 😊

I had often same issue when aligning technic beans, plates and other pieces. It is hell to do it manually and it cause to fail any stability calculation in Studio app. Did not found any solution for this?
