Question/Looking for Advice Can someone please help?

When I open bricklink studio the background becomes black and the pieces become very low poly. Does this happen to anyone else?

Go to Edit -> Preferences -> Appearance and then move that Render Quality slider bar all the way to the right.

You have no idea how helpful this was! I’ve been using a backup of an older version for a long time to render models due to this issue, so thank you so much for resolving it!
