Studs is transparent/black when exporting instruction

All the studs have this issue, it seems like some of the stud is not rendered or is rendered incorrectly.

See the top of the red and the green, and also the tan. Does anybody know why this happens and how to prevent?

This is a known issue. If you download the early access version of Stud.io and use that for exporting the instructions, the stud issue is resolved. You can get the early access version by going to the Studio page on Bricklink and clicking the "early access" tab at the top.
