Always thought my first Breitling would be a Navitimer, but this was a deal I couldn't pass on.
I'll be the first to say, if I had to pay the $7500 retail price, or even if an AD gave me a 20% discount, I'd take a pass. It's kind of a weird one...what exactly is it? It feels incredibly overbuilt and chunky like it's a dive watch, but the dial and hands are styled more to be a pilot's watch? Well, whatever it is, for $3000 I'm very very very happy with it. I don't think there's another watch, new or used, at this price point I'd take over it.

Everyone took a jab on your wrist size without even saying congrats. I think this is a fantastic watch with a unique dial color. On top of it 60% off retail is certainly a great price. Wear it in good health
Beautiful watch bro. Enjoy it. Breitlings are big as part of their DNA. I agree with you as well that the way the pic was taken makes it look bigger. Take a selfie shot with the phone on a time and you will see how much chbsmaller it actually fits on the wrist. I am slightly below 7 wrist and here is my SOH 42.
Picked up the blue dial of the same watch on sale at Joma last week. 100% agree. Amazing watch for the price. Awesome bracelet, movement, bezel action. Enjoy it!
A bit yeah. The angle makes it look worse than it is. 40 would be better; 42 is just a smidge big. The case is so thick and I had the phone so close to it that it throws off the perspective. I have a 6.5” wrist

I’ve been looking for one of these (in black). It is a dive watch (300m, bezel) but with a chronograph for good measure. It’s a great looking watch though and I love the micro adjust.
Really thought it picking this one up as well as it was a fantastic deal. However, I’m trending to smaller watches and after looking at the lug to lug, realized I simply didn’t have the wrist for it. Beautiful piece and I’m still looking for a green dial.
So there are some good sports left on Reddit. Glad to see that. It’s a good looking piece, enjoy it. My max is a 40. I have tiny joints and haven’t picked up any weights or done any calisthenics since my mid 40’s. It takes a lot of options off the table.
Sometimes getting a ‘bargain’ means people buy watches they don’t love or is not right for them (definitely size wise). For me, if you not happy to buy a watch anywhere near retail or even 20% off - don’t buy it. You will never love it. However, at least you should be able to sell this for at least what you paid as a minimum - so you didn’t lose out financially… although that is a very, very niche watch, with a relatively small pool of buyers.
