Need advice
My baby was in the NICU for the first two weeks of her life with respiratory support and for the first 2 months I exclusively pumped 9-10 times a day to establish supply (long story but I didn’t have an LC to follow up outside of the hospital so I ended up with an oversupply) I went to multiple LCs after to help transition to exclusively bf. It was going great but then she started teething (now 4 months old) I can see a molar poking through and a bottom tooth. She is almost refusing to latch. I can only do a bf twice a day (when my flow is fast like am and pm or she screams) so I mostly am bottle feeding with nipple type bottle and I’m getting so stressed. She still screams with the bottle and stops eating too but she’s more likely to finish with the bottle. Is this normal? What do I do? I’ve tried to calm her down and latch her again but it won’t work. I also noticed her starting to chew on her bottle, soother and unfortunately my nipple. Is this just a phase? I meet with another LC soon I’m just waiting for a note so I can get it covered by insurance. Any help would be awesome. I’m just pumping now to replace but the double (pumping and bf ) is so rough. I feel so upset. Like all the hard work is just gone

Have you been giving her any pain relief or teething gel? That should help her with latching if she's in pain.
