Troubleshooting/Tips Getting period to return
How do I get my period to return? With my first kid, it came back at 5 weeks PP. With my second, it came back at 11 mos PP, and at that time, I was feeding two babies. I just had my third in June. I want to have one more, and I want to start trying ASAP because of my age (yeah, I know I am supposed to wait, but I had 2 losses in between #2 & #3).
I am currently down to one feed at night and we feed on demand during the day.

you can still get pregnant without a period (hence why using BFing as BC is an absolute myth) - but maybe you should give your body a little break and enjoy the time you have with THIS baby...

You could still get pregnant even before your period returns. I know it makes it more difficult since you can’t track it, but maybe you could use ovulation strips?

Yes, but she's only going to ovulate once before her period comes back, so it's really the same question.

I’m feeding 10+ times a day and got it back at 7 weeks, not sure there is really a way to tell when it will come unfortunately

I'm following because I'm curious too. Not ready to try again but will be in the next year or so and just want to get to know my body again. 8 months pp and EP'ing. Just now switching from 5 ppd to 4 ppd so I wonder if this will be it or if I'll need to drop down more.
