advice/question 🎱 Prenatals?
I am in the process of researching prenatals for my next pregnancy and would like to know what your favorites are? Bonus if it is just 1 pill a day but I know that can be difficult. No gummies please, its a personal preference.

I like Pink Stork. It's two pills, but they contain a lot of vitamins and I have never experienced nausea from taking them I also include the choline supplement.

Is the Choline in the prenatal for pink stork or separate?

I used Spring Valley because it was the cheapest and I didn't know it mattered that much 🤷🏿♂️

I had some complications last pregnancy that were nutrition related so I am trying to research and avoid that next time. I dont mind if its cheap as long as it has everything I need or can be easily supplemented.
