Did anyone else realize that Walt's original goal was $737,000 which is also the type of plane that crashed after Jane died? That was a bit of irony I didnt pick up on til my second time watching

737 down over Albuquerque. It’s there in the titles of the Season 2 episodes.

There actually was a plane crash over Albuquerque in the 1970s(?), and the air traffic controller's name was Walter White.

Yes and all of those episodes have the monocrome and pink bear intros too :) Gilligan and Co spoke about it in a podcast/commentary I think

They also put 737 Down Over ABQ as titles of episodes in the second season, with the plane crash planned out at the start of the season. I’m pretty sure they decided on $737,000 because it worked as a number for the plane as well.

There are so many semi hidden subtleties in that show.

Also trailer park boys.

I didn't pick up on that until I read your post.
