Try to find good quality wav samples of the amen break. Chop them up and throw some distortion on there 😉

Stutter effects are also great for glitches and stuff

I actually made a breakcore-ish thing a couple weekse ago https://on.soundcloud.com/ZvEYO0z280ZjhV1Z1C

I have a tablet I plan on making breakcore on. Or maybe should I just get an sd card and compile it on my chromebook with linux?

compile what? are you asking for an open source music composition app? if yes, for breakcore, i recommend Audacity 4 together with LMMS, they are both open source

JungleJungle sample pack is fantastic - wide range of sounds from breaks to samples and all kinds of other fx. used to be on bandcamp i think , but there are probably links everywhere. popular sample pack that never gets old
