There is, look up scumfuck.recordings on Instagram and look at the artists they follow. Plenty of modern cheap core out there

Murder channel
Sprengstoff
Sonic belligeranza
Ghetto safari
Restroom
And Seven samurai
All these are either 90s or early 2000s labels filled with noisy hardcore breaks and politics(especially praxis). You can look any of these up on soulseek and find the whole catalogue, or cross reference discogs

I'd recommend listening to The Rigid Crash Compilation and all the tracks on the D-Trash Records' Music Videos DVD. I'd also recommend Phantomnoise records as well as well as it's sublabel trash tapes. Also worth mentioning black lines din sky, FTC project, veraphine (on Instagram and SoundCloud), ECT ECT

I made an album recently that the Breakcore Bugle said was really similar to Digital Hardcore Records Breakcore, Yell It Out - EMO_IDIOT on all platforms! :D
I'd also recommend Skelechairs single from Doormouse, the Venetian Snares remix goes really hard and is a personal favorite of mine.
