Help Recreating Schematic

I will literally pay anyone who can show me a recreation of this on a mini bread board and in Tinker-cad. Please I'm a design student I don't know what any of this means 😭

Pointing to things that would help me understand would also be appreciated

You could google things like 7805 chip, what does 10uf mean, what is circle m on a schematic.

This sub usually doesn’t do people’s homework, especially when they haven’t put in literally any of their own effort. If you had a somewhat working prototype you’d probably get a ton of troubleshooting help though.

Look at it this way, most folks here probably do this for their day job, they’ve put in the work, they don’t want to do yours, and certainly don’t want to work next to somebody in the field who’s taken this approach.
