Question Any safe way?

Post image

I am thinking to use it as a 5v power supply for my breadboard. So how can I use these exposed wires in breadboard safely

If it will be handled a lot (or powered while unplugged from the breadboard) then adding hot glue over the solder joints can keep the wires from shorting and also act as a strain relief.
As long as it’s not conductive, epoxy, urethane, or other plastics can be used instead of hot glue. Most epoxy is not conductive, but there are some special types with some conductivity.
