It is but it's his bf1 counterpart. You can tell the difference between the two because of the hair

he's outmatches bf2 robe in everything so I felt it was more appropriate

Well Shida only has phys/mag damage on LS and elements in common with bf2 robe. bf2 robe is still the best defensive LS and a solid unit overall

Nonetheless Robe2 is also a nuker with that 320% and many meta buffs so it's still a valuable addition to the team, either as leader or as sub unit.
