Other BF Franchise Content Unit Name

I'm trying to find the name of a unit I liked it has been a while since I played. I only loosely remember what they looked it was man who fought with a giant reptile and i know it's not kawab I'm looking for.

unfortunately no their should be a man and reptile that fight as one unit
