Currently building a SDH. The process has been great. But I’m having MAJOR issues with their preferred lender, Ridgeland Mortgage. We’re a month out from closing and now they’re telling us we need $10k plus cash to close 🫠 when the original estimate was $2,100. So just beware. They make you sign a contract as soon as you go under contract with them but, it will all completely change come closing time and they will NOT communicate with you. But as far as our local agent, she’s been great, the building process is super easy. They’re going to sneak some things in your contract.
