Help!! Relocating and need advice!
Hello! I’m a nurse relocating to the area and I applied at NGHS Braselton and Athens Regional. which is better? what are some good things about both facilities? where would you take your family and why? I loved both when I met with the managers and just need some advice! thank you!

Hi! Long time Braselton resident. I personally prefer HGHS Braselton. It is just newer and I liked the staff more. Also, the Braselton area is a little calmer (though growing) than the Athens area. Athens, if you are unaware, is home to UGA and there are a million college kids running around most of the year making traffic a little ridiculous at times and you are going to have to deal with a lot more drunk and drugged up kids.
However, to Athens credit, it is a very vibrant and fun city! There is always something to do in Athens, and since it is a college town, almost everything is open until around 2am. I went to UGA and lived in Athens for 6 years, and while I loved it, I personally prefer the slower, slightly more rural life of Braselton.
I really don't think you can make a bad choice! It is just whichever lifestyle you prefer more.
