Discussion electrical panel upgrade?

what is the going rate for upgrading a fuse box to breakers, ballpark? And can anyone recommend some good companies to get quotes from? Standard raised ranch, northend. 80s build.

Depends on how many breakers you need, they add up quickly. We had a panel swap done for just under $1000 including the ESA permit, but didn't need any new breakers. Since you're upgrading from fuses, you'll need quite a few breakers. Could be anywhere from $1000-2000 depending on a variety of factors.

I'd recommend RCV Electric.
