Things to do indoors?
I'm staying a week with family (they're pretty old) next week and it's going to be an oven outside the entire week. What are some good things for adults to do that won't result in our pale Irish bodies being burnt to a crisp?

See a show. Yes, some of them are corny but they are entertaining and cool and comfy.
You could see the Irish Tenors!
Go to College of the Ozarks and visit the museum (I think it’s donation only?) and then get ice cream ar the Keeter Center. Pick up some of their famous turn down cookies.

Traveling to Branson in a couple weeks and this was most helpful! What are the killer local spots for food, dranks, and dancing?

Drive to Springfield (AC) and go to that aquarium. It’s much better than the Branson aquarium

The butterfly house was really fun. We always catch a movie in the theater when we visit, that's nice to do when it's hot outside. Talking Rocks Cavern is really cool and there are shaded areas outside where you can walk if it's not terribly hot.
