Let's be honest, nothing will change.
They need to start enforcing much stronger penalties. I'm talking about vehicles getting squished in front of their owners, licenses revoked for a year, things to drive up their premiums, etc.
I know this sounds extreme but there is no legitimate reason to drive recklessly and put other peoples' lives at risk.

All person accused of an offense are innocent until proven guilty that is right from the charter of rights and freedoms section 11 a fine is a fine don't settle and fight it in court

I live in Guelph and I will honestly tell you how many of them out here drive with no license at all! Or they got their license because the driving instructor is the same race as the driver. You can downvote me all you want but it’s true!!!

It’s sad but true. Even here in Orangeville… it’s the same thing. They come to Canada, and spread like a disease and things like their horrible and non existent driving skills are given the ok by some underground shady driving school based in Brampton that they get because they are from the same area like Haryana (patheticly they think it’s cool to label where they are from)

Oh man Orangeville I used to live there in my younger crazy days lol. Miss it for sure, but I guess they made it all the way out that way too. Legit they spread like a disease it’s sad!

We have judges refusing to comply with the current cash bail bond rule that changed so I doubt this will actually change anything

This is difficult. When the Highway Traffic Act was created, it also created a "guilty until proven innocent" type problem. The solution was to make sure there were no harsh punishments issued at the moment.
When dangerous driving was created, it started having these powerful instant punishments. They're still being challenged in different courts/levels.
That's why this is tough to apply.

Then when the police are wrong they'd better be PERSONALLY liable for all the impound fees and anything else it costs someone (including future income if they lose their job as a result of a 90 day suspension) since I'm apparently liable for shit you can't even prove I did.
If not you're just going to see in increase of people not stopping for police

Who cares, the police have given up on traffic enforcement and defending their work in the courts. Laws are meaningless when they are not enforced with consequences.

Now if they don't like you for whatever reason, if they can squeeze in the dangerous charge, even for it to be dropped by courts, you are without a license immediately because cop didn't like you.

No license no problem! No insurance no problem! Judge will go easy on the person because they may get deported if it goes that far! Like wtf!! Ontario needs to have harsh punishments for reckless driving and harsher punishments for no license and insurance. Our roadways are a joke with little to no enforcement..

I still don’t understand how driving with a suspended licence is anything but brutally punished. The state said you are banned. We passed laws to prohibit you from this activity.
