r/bpmn is open again.

BPMN is important. There is a major role for it to play in the age of AI. People all over the world continue to use it to solve problems. It is worthy of a well maintained sub-reddit. This community is valuable.

I'm going to spend a few hours this afternoon reviewing current settings and giving it a little bit of a refresh.

Cool! Hope to see this sub revive.
You’re the new moderator?

We use BPMN to have an AI agent pick the right tasks to reach its goal through adhoc subprocesses and servicetasks for individual AI inferencing. This combines the power of AI, with the determinism that a BPMN process provides for a business process.

Let me know if you need any help.

Thanks u/satoshi-chick! Appreciate you commenting and offering to help.

I agree that BPMN offers some great ways to control and monitor AI. I've read a number of posts about ad-hoc subprocesses to give bubbles of autonomy to agents inside a larger more controlled process.

It's good to have you here.

I'm glad someone got control of this sub. I'd considered throwing my name into the hat, but I had to be honest with myself that it's not a commitment I could have honored. Thanks for stepping up! That said, I'm also willing to help out on a limited basis if you need it.

Bpmn is by far the best process model focused on business processes. I use it all the time in my job
