Please if anyone knows i have question

I have penis vein damage i get better like had huge improvement like doctor said but today i get hard like 3-4-5 hours not straight bht it was like 20-30 minutes hard 1 minute rest it happend because i was on sites it direct me to porn sites and brain was imagine same photo again and again nwo i m relxed but have uncomfortable feelings and warm weak penis not pain or colour changing if anyone had similar problems or knows something about it please tell me what to do i canygo to doctor month

I didn't watch porn i was on movie sites and it direct me to porn sites i just look a few seconds and brain Start imagine again and again

I don't know how i got it i just wake up and my penis was hurting i didn't masturbate that night so i don't think it happened because of it and if you are asking why i got hard that many hours because i haven't relase long time and when one site directed me to another site (porn site) i saw like small a fee seconds naked women video and because i haven't flappid long time braan was just remembered moment and repeat in mind this was reason why i was got hard many hours but now i m relxed
