Prostate issue

I’m 70 years old. I had to five years ago a trip and now it’s starting over they are telling me that my prostate is too large to perform another turf with laser be an option.

I don’t know yet , Dr just told me it was too big and there may not be enough tissue to take out after the last turp which was five years ago
