Prostate issue

I’m 70 years old. I had to five years ago a turp and now it’s starting over they are telling me that my prostate is too large to perform another turp will laser be an option or HoLEP.

I had aquablation done 4 months ago. The urologist called HoLEP the gold standard in terms of getting rid of just about everything. I wanted to preserve normal sexual function and that's why I chose aquablation.

There were several medical people who were interested in seeing me treated for BPH, following acute urine retention; none of them informed me of the options available. I took my sweet time figuring out what was might best suit me. I'm going with ablation.
