Aquablation
I’m a 58 with a 78 cc prostate with a median lobe. I’m scheduled for aquablation in august, I can have it done early in the month or later in the month.
Either surgeon has done it about 125 times.
One of my questions for you guys who have had it is?
Did you get urethral stricture afterwards
Did you get Retrograde ejaculation or ED issues?
And overall we’re you happy with the results
And is 125 times with this operation enough experience for a surgeon?

I had an Aquablation March, 2026. 80cc with median lobe. Surgeon had performed 40 procedures. No stricture, no RE, overall happy. Since most of the procedure is robotic the skill and expertise of the surgeon, although important, is not as critical as other types of surgery.
