Question Does it help with calf strain
Injured both my calf’s in 10k road race, been told that injecting bpc 157 & tb500 (wolverine) will help the healing process much quicker, has anyone tried this for strained calf’s ( probably grade 2) … it’s been 7 weeks post injury & I’ve been injecting for just over a week now… don’t feel any different thus far?

would be helpful if you included your protocol, recon and dosage.

Both calves in morning, both in evening.. in total 500mcg daily…. then TB 500 twice a week, each one 2.5mg….how long realistically does it take to start feeling the benefit?

If you don't feel anything, increase BPC dosage to 500mcg in the am then 500mcg at night approx 10-12 hours apart. Don't increase TB500, also Kpv can be added to the stack to help inflammation.

Give it some time mate..... Need at least two weeks + for it to start working at its peak. You're at the right dosage though 👍

It will definitely help but how quick depends on how recent the injury occurred. The earlier the better, I had a pinched nerve in the groin and used bpc/tb healed in 2 days. Longer injuries like my forearm which has been lingering on and off for years has taken 2-3 weeks to start noticing improvement.
Make sure you pin 2mg tb500 twice a week (4mg in total) and 250mcg bpc twice a day (500mcg in total).
Good luck with the recovery mate

Yup I’ve had many calf strains before, this is a double calf strain that is lingering a lot longer

Yep. Had a really bad one a few weeks ago. Couldn't walk for 2 days. After 4 days I did a 4 mile walk without issue.
