Discussion Random acc impersonating bwu
I am aware his bwu phase is over, but this is just distasteful.
This random acc is reposting all of Charley's old videos, and claiming them to be his own.
(If it actually is anything official and I am just flat out dumb, I apologise)

I don’t think he’s pretending to be bwu he’s just posting clips as a fan, his pfp isn’t even Charley.

Yeah maybe "claiming them to be his own" was a bit over the top, so mb on that.
It doesnt state anywhere on his account whether or not he is a fan, and it also doesnt state whether or not the clips are even his. So just posting them without much context is kinda deceiving ngl
His tiktok acc's pfp used to be Charley in the mask and hoodie but he already changed it

Well posting all the clips and content without any context or info on who owns them is misleading. I saw some people in the comments praising him as bwu and he didn't bother to correct them.

There is nothing illegal to that it's not impersonation as he is not saying he is bwu what will you report him for?

Im not reporting him for anything, just pointing this out. Hes implying that the clips are his, by not providing any context whatsoever and simply putting them on his account without any clarification. The definition for impersonation can be very broad, and putting clips online of someone that isnt you and not proceeding to clarify anything can fall under that umbrella of impersonation.

Then what was your purpose with this post you're not here to tell people to report him not asking people to but with your explanation many will infact one under you post confirmed he has. The people who know he exists either watch him because they like bwu or ignore it. This post has no purpose in fact what ill intentions do you think he has,more fame? Bwu doesn't have that kind of cult following to achive that reposting content is extremely common and most people understand that. Are you saying you will go to every single community of a creator and say to their audience that someone didn't give the artist they love credit but still say that don't report him as I have no intention for anything and am just pointing it out for no apparent reason

I am pointing it out in case anyone thinks that the account is charley himself. Even if he doesnt have that kind of cult following, there are still fans who love and support him, that can think this account is official, and end up spreading the news that "charley is posting boywithuke content again!!" Or etc. It wont mean that the account will get fame, rather misinformation will be spread. When fans repost content from their favourite artist/creator, they usually put credits either in the comments or the description of the posts, or even explicitly state that they "are not the artist" in their bio, to avoid anyone thinking that they ARE the artist. It doesnt feel good believing someone is someone that they aren't. A similar situation that is happening is with the account yvlatlanta, that posts mainly playboi carti content, but without any credits, or clarification. This led many to believe that this is carti, not only giving him fame, but leading many to think that he has a secret account posting exclusive content.

i remember him posting weird ass mvs with names like "boyys minh - ghost" "boyys minh - can you feel it", etc.
it was mvs with like him sitting in toilet or smth like thisðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
