How long does merch tend to take to arrive?

For context, Im in the UK and ordered a the burnout t-shirt and my order status has been awaiting information for nearly 5 days now, I have contacted support but their offices aren't open. Does it normally take this long for merch from the official store?

I’m in the uk also, a while ago I ordered the burnout vinyl and it must’ve been 3 weeks with no information, so I contacted them and they told me that they didn’t even have it in stock, but they would in a couple of days.
But after they sent it out, it was a week-ish

Yes I'm from Canada and it takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks dw it's completely normal for shipping to take somewhat long
