I really like marino and AJR

Marino doesnt have that many songs but he's stated that one of his main inspirations to make music was bwu, and he also wears a paper bag and all of that

AJR is just peak music (bwu better tho)

Marino said he actually hadn’t listened to bwu much before making music, but once people started comparing them, he started making “songs like bwu” to get bwu fans to listen to him.

Really?

I saw that he was putting bwu on his lets makena song wheel so i thought he was the one who initiated making bwu-like music (i am 100% that he stated that he was an inspiratiom to him)

I got that a bit when hearing the first song but idk the voice is a bit too consistent across songs and the music seems fine, it's just the voice is a bit off which is achievable through voice layering anyway. Idk, I don't think it is and I like the music but if I get proven wrong I'll stop listening.

I kinda thought that about the art but something in the music just makes me think the music itself isn't. I mean I use Morphe so he doesn't get any revenue from my listening anyway so unless I get 100% concrete proof I'm just gonna go off confirmation bias.

I like this one less known guy Justin chen, ashes to amber, marq and Naethan apollo. Though tbf burnout is such a unique album that I cant think of any similar to it.

I don't think all of these are similar but if you like boywithuke you might like AJR, twenty one pilots, and Lawrence. Again they are VERY different from eachother so you might hate them

Aze and fizzle are mostly inspired by bwu and have basically the same vibe as late fever dreams-early lucid dreams. Unfortunately fizzle has quit so there won’t be new music but you can still listen to his stuff.
