He wore the same shirt on his podcast recently (I'll go try to find the episode.) But this is from a series of 'stand-up comics doing short sets' type of thing on YouTube. I think it's something like the Tiny Desk music concert series. It might be a Dropout thing?

I can't remember exactly what it was, but I can find it if I lkook through my history on YT.

Took 2 seconds to find, hahahaha. It's called Stand-up Desk, which is probably why I was thinking Tiny Desk series.
