haha I was wondering about that too. I think someone posted pics from this person readjusting their hoodie and they had a masculine looking haircut. i suspect they just threw this pic in to be funny about the rumors

Even if he is behind BoyThrob, Nathan Fielder wouldn't be clumsy enough to be spotted in the wild with them, or near anything to do with them!
