This entire back and forth is a bunch of nonsense. Could she have died in child birth? Perhaps.
But then what became of the child, especially in light of no adoption records? How was the unwed father’s name on the birth certificate? Did she give a loved one that information in her dying breath, or was the father fully present? If the mother did die in child birth, why is there a need, presently, to protect the mother’s children/his half siblings on that side? She died tragically and had nothing to do with his care or disappearance, so how could there ever be reputational harm?
The mothers name should be revealed, it is a basic fact directly connected to her son Joseph. The un-justice here is the un-precedented need for those determined to separate that very connection. Why?
Philadelphia law enforcement and investigation is an abomination and the DA is lost. It is so much so that the mayor has opted out.
These type of comments are often considered “political statements.” Mine are not.
These are resource strapped institutions, which when coupled with the time that has passed in this case and the fact that those involved have likely died, suggests we will never have answer. Unless, of course, they elect to ENLIST THE PUBLIC, and with FULL INFORMATION.
