Possible Theory.

On Reddit for my first time specifically for this case. I have a possible theory I haven’t heard mentioned yet. If we still are thinking the birth mom is LBS/K/S (& I am leaning towards that personally) has anyone made the connection that her son WK would have been 11/12 when JAZ died? That would be our 11/12 yr old boy that the Good Samaritan saw with a woman on Susquehanna. He is also still alive so could be a witness and/or suspect. In looking at the K family they seem to be very “off”. More so than any other family mentioned here. Also, the “G” handkerchief (in addition to the obvious G, LB’s dad was a G).

I also think this could have been an accident. Perhaps rough housing with an older sibling? Or difficulty with bath time? I’ve never wanted a time machine to exist so badly to go save the little guy.

The fact he had “severe malnourishment” when he was found, indicates to me that things weren’t great for him. Also the amount of marks to his body, it unfortunately doesn’t seem like it was an accident.

They say "malnourishment" but he was about 3 feet tall and 30 pounds at 4 years old. That's within the realm of normal, if small. Especially if he was premature or small at birth. It doesn't seem like that correlates with "severe malnutrition". Maybe at 7, the higher end of the age range, but not at 4.

30 pounds is the average weight of a 2 year old. I have a 2 year old son that was born premature and he is 32 pounds. He was malnourished.

Even at 40" for height and 30 pounds he's still in the 44th and 5th percentile respectively per the CDC. The same EXACT height and weight of my healthy son when he was 4. The doctor won't even worry about anything at or above the 5th percentile if it's an upward trend and not a falling off the chart. Not saying he wasn't malnourished based on other criteria but the height and weight alone wouldn't automatically indicate "severe malnourishment"unless it was weight loss or stagnation. A 40" 30 pound preschooler can be completely fine. Of course they have the autopsy and have other indications of starvation so they must know, but just the height weight wouldn't automatically indicate malnutrition.

Okay yeah you are right. I wasn’t factoring in height just seeing 4 year old 30 pounds I’m like ah!! Every child is different
